Fjord Coffee Roasters redesigned their shipping box in-house

Fjord's original shipper was a generic stock box with a printed sticker. It didn't protect bags from crushing in transit, and customers said it felt disposable rather than premium — a mismatch for a brand charging $22 a bag.

Blink Pack built a custom-printed E-flute box with an internal divider insert to stop bags from shifting, plus a debossed logo on the lid so the unboxing felt intentional without adding a second material to recycle.
