1. About BlinkPack

BlinkPack provides premium packaging solutions for cafés, restaurants, bakeries, food brands, and businesses across India. We offer both ready-stock and custom-printed packaging products.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age or have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.

  • Will provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

  • Will use our website only for lawful purposes.

3. Orders

All orders placed through BlinkPack are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order.

  • Limit product quantities.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • Correct pricing or product description errors before processing an order.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until your order has been processed.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

  • Actual colors may vary depending on screen settings.

  • Minor variations in printing, color, dimensions, and finishing are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

  • Specifications may change without prior notice to improve product quality.

5. Custom Printed Orders

For custom printed products:

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production.

  • Once artwork is approved and production begins, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • BlinkPack is not responsible for spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect information approved by the customer.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Product prices do not include shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

  • Payment must be completed before order processing unless otherwise agreed.

  • BlinkPack reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines vary depending on product type and destination.

  • Ready-stock products are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom printed products are generally dispatched within 5–8 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately based on order quantity, destination, and shipping method.

  • BlinkPack does not earn any profit from shipping charges and only charges the actual freight amount.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.

Custom printed or personalized products are generally non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error caused by BlinkPack.

Refunds are issued only when a replacement or another suitable resolution cannot be provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Product images

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Website design

  • Icons

  • Branding

is the property of BlinkPack and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Interfere with website functionality.

  • Upload harmful software or malicious code.

  • Misrepresent your identity or business.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlinkPack shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities.

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

  • Website interruptions or technical issues.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
