Refund policy

At BlinkPack, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The quantity delivered is incorrect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Custom printed or personalized products.
• Products approved by the customer before production.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
• Minor variations in print color, placement, size, or finish that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances.

3. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, BlinkPack may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the damaged or defective product.
• Send the missing quantity.
• Provide another appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when a replacement is not possible or another suitable resolution cannot be offered.

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Refund processing time generally ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

• Ready-stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Custom printed orders cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved and production has started.

6. Return Shipping

If BlinkPack requests the return of a product after approving your claim, we will provide instructions for the return process. Do not send products back without prior authorization from our support team.

7. How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact our support team with:

• Order Number
• Photos or videos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
