Orders & Shipping

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Plain products start from 1 case. Custom printed products start from as low as 250 pieces on selected items.
How long does shipping take?

Ready stock:1–3 business days. Custom orders:5–8 business days after artwork approval.
Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
Can I order by the case instead of pieces?

Yes. Many products are available by Pieces, Factory Case, or Bulk Order.

Custom Printing

Which products can be customized?

Paper Cups, Delivery Bags, Non-Woven Bags, Paper Bags, Food Boxes, Stickers, Wrapping Paper and more.
What artwork file should I upload?

AI, PDF, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG.
Do you help with artwork?

Yes. We provide a print-ready proof before production.
Can I print different artwork on both sides?

Yes. On almost every product we offer with both-side printing, including cups, bags, and pouches.
Can I see a digital mockup before production?

Yes. Production starts only after your approval.

Are your products food safe?

Are insulated bags water resistant?

Yes. They protect against light rain, spills and moisture.
How long do insulated bags keep food warm or cold?

The aluminum foil insulation helps maintain food temperature for up to 60 minutes during normal delivery, depending on the outside weather conditions.
Are BlinkPack bags reusable?

Yes. Our insulated bags are designed for 120+ reuse cycles under normal usage.
